How to Cancel Your Subscription — FamSinyal Support
Short answer: subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from, not by us. Cancel through your Apple or Google account settings; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Where to cancel
On iPhone
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FamSinyal → Cancel Subscription.
On Android
Play Store → profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → FamSinyal → Cancel.
Check the confirmation
The store shows the date access ends. Until then the app keeps working normally.
What happens to your data
Cancelling stops the renewal; it does not delete your account. If you also want your data removed, use account deletion in the app — that route stays available whether or not you have a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. We cannot issue a store refund on your behalf, but write to us if something has gone wrong and we will help you work out what to ask for.
Will I lose access immediately?
No. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops renewing.
